Today I had the opportunity to chat with Nils about the possibility of starting treatment for anxiety and depression (I am 33; this was my 1st visit). I also have adult ADHD and past PTSD in my younger adult years (20s). I have been trying to be "strong" for too long and he made every step of the process feel safe, my issues be heard and with a lack of judgement. I am an individual who is not a fan of medication and he walked me thru every detail of his diagnosis and how exactly it would make me feel and what to expect. I highly recommend Minded if you are looking for a convenient start to your treatment or even just want to see what your options are.

So helpful, fairly user friendly, I wish it was an app. That’s really my only complaint. It was cheap and painless and I got the help I’ve been needing for years. Thank you.

My psychiatrist was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We made a treatment plan together. He listened to me. I am so glad I found this resource. My meds were called into my local pharmacy with no problem. Will definitely be a Minded client from now on.

Ok so I suffer greatly from anxiety & I was honestly scared to try this . I thought they wouldn’t be able to help me but they did just that. Dr.Lee went through my past diagnosis and medications that I have used before that have worked for me . She explained everything in depth and answered every question. She made me feel happy I came here. I got my script the same day of my appointment which was very helpful due to my anxiety being very bad. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. 5/5

This was by far one of the easiest things I've ever done. I had been struggling with my anxiety and I signed up for service with minded. I got my appointment the same day and picked up my meds the next morning. I would recommend minded to anyone in need of mental health care for sure. I will continue to use this service. Minded is AWESOME!!!
