My discussion was great but the outcome was poor. It was clear the provider had made a determination on the medication while dismissing my request.

Great option for people with insurance or without insurance. I have company insurance but my deductible is pretty high so it gets expensive to go to the dr. Also I live in a rural area and my old doctor was over an hour drive so I was relived when I found this affordable, convenient option.

Horrible customer service- over 24 hours after my refill was approved it has yet to be sent to the pharmacy. Reached out multiple times during their business hours, no answer or response. Since I signed up I have had repeated issues w their customer team and my scripts not being sent in a timely manner- but they manage to charge me monthly. Cancelling the second I have my refill.
