In my experience Minded is an incredibly unprofessional company that takes your money but doesn't actually provide any service. When I initially signed up things went smoothly. I had an appointment with a professional who prescribe me a months worth of antidepressants and said we would have a follow up appointment to renew in a month. After a month, the site didn't set up any appointment or allow me to set up any appointment, nor did they renew my prescription. I had to message support, which took two days to respond. They set me an appointment with a different professional. One that appointment came up, the professional did not show up to the meeting or contact me in any way. Once again I had to message support and it has now been 4 days without a response on their side. In general, I was supposed to get a renewed prescription the first of this month. It is now 23 days past that and minded have not renewed my prescription or communicated with me in any way. Of course they still charged me the full price for this month of service. I have experienced withdrawal symptoms as my medication has stopped. If I had more serious mental health problems, I could have caused harm to myself or others due to this company's failure to communicate with or serve their patients. Mental health is a serious thing and I would recommend anyone with such concerns go to a more professional company that will give you the support you need.

If you have major issues I would not suggest them using them. They seem to be only equipped to handle minor cases. They tried one medicine on me and said sorry we can’t help you anymore and then they directed me to the people that directed me here

My visit went well. I gave the Dr a history of my sleep and depression issues. He listened and gave me a few different options we could try. Once a course of action was decided on he got my prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy super quick. So far the meds are working great, but I like the option to get in touch at any time if I'm having problems.

Its been a terrible experience! I was charged for a 5 min call to be told that they don’t prescribe in my state (NJ) and that I wouldn’t get a refund. This is honestly disappointing and now I have to go through my bank to get my money back. I won’t ever try them again.
