Only had to try a few times to be underwhelmed and disappointed. I should have done more research but there's no vapour to exhale and you're not even supposed to inhale, you just hold it in your mouth, but you're basically just sucking a smell into your mouth, very unsatisfying and the scent is very faint on a fresh core so I can't imagine how much it would fade within a few days. Not to mention getting a refund from them, they only offer you 60% of your money back and they call that a "gift" to you for trying it for 10 minutes

Horrible service. Ordered, the product I ordered was out of stock and they said nothing until after three weeks, when I wrote and asked. Order has still not arrived. It´s been 3 months and no reply at all from their Service Team.

Speedy delivery but very expensive for what it is. Sadly having tried 5 different flavours they all were not help at all. Some of them tasted vile and left a bad taste lingering afterwards, then the mint one was so strong it gave a nasty headache within the first few minutes of usage. Still on the hunt for an aid to get off vaping, but for the stupidly high price and poor execution, sadly this is not the answer

What a waste of money and time flavour air that is really expensive don't waste your money

Quick delivery but pointless product and tastes awful. For £70 with discount codes it still isn’t worth it. Tastes very chemically and doesn’t do half the stuff it advertises and they pay influencers to promote. To add on since this review: I request a refund a few days before this review went out, the live support chat bot is useless and doesn’t let you press “no I need more help”. I managed to speak to someone via email who said they’d sort my refund but I haven’t had anything back. This was now 10 days ago.

Seemed like a great idea to prevent me from vaping but there is nothing to this toy, the smell is strong especially when on your fingers but no taste, nothing draws from the mouthpiece you might as well just breathe normal air, with the price they are asking and targeting willing people to quit it’s really sad that it isn’t a decent product, save your money and do not purchase.

Really suspicious and disappointed with this Canadian company. 4 weeks after placing my order and then gladly taking 108 euros off me , nothing has arrived. I have wrtten multiple emails to their "support" link. I got an automated reply to the first 2 or 3 and the others have not been replied to at all. Having read other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one. Have they robbed me and how are they getting away with this?
