I have smoked cigs for a number of years before I got into vaping, I vaped for about 3-5 years. I finally decided to quit. I originally planned to quit using just the patch. I seen a FUM add and thought this might help so I ordered one with express delivery 2 days before quitting. The express delivery stated it would arrive 2-4 days after order. FUM did not process my order until 3 days after my order then it took another 5 business days in the mail. I waited over a week and a half for the package. After the first day of waiting I tried to contact FUM via email asking what's going on with my order ? No answer from FUM. Two days later I contact them again saying I no longer want the FUM as I have not been vaping for 3 days and the hard part was over and done with. I simply just want my money back. I stopped emailing them at this point until finally on the day of arrival I get a email. They ignored my response for refund and simply said their stupid catch phase and some journey bull crap and my package had been delivered. When I received the package later that day it was ripped open and taped back together looking like Frankenstein (quite professional packing). I tried the device and it was just reminded me of vaping minus the vapor it just made me want to vape again. This product is junk the flavor was so mild I could barely taste it and just the flavors were not for me. All in all I wanted my money back again. They state on the website it has 30 day money back program. Back to emailing them I thought, so I emailed them again saying I want a refund and this product is just junk. I'm on week number 3 of waiting for a email.... I doubt I'll get even get one. So take me advice and don't buy this crap. If your Canadian you can get nicotine patches for free from the government if you really want to quit. Good luck everyone you don't need a FUM they just want you to drip money into their wallet every week just like vaping/smoking. Best just to quit it all together. Something that really helped me was mentally preparing for it a week in advance that I'm done and the patches helped me not be bitchy chewing gum helped too.

While this may work for some people, I think this product is over priced and weighs a ton! I suffer from arthritis and this device that releases air seems to be so heavy it triggers my pain! I have no idea why this device is so heavy.. the flavour is not potent enough… I don’t even feel like this reduces my stress levels but actually causes me pain with the weight of the device… this did not help me! I hope they take this feedback and improve the device in more ways then one! Also, just to add, they did not correctly package my item as the habit tracker card was also missing which they tried to hold me accountable for! I am currently undergoing a refund. It seems they don’t even read the emails sent to them, but try to find ways in which they can take money from you! Disappointed to say the least!

I find the experience very satisfying.The Fum metal body needs a more satisfying click sound and the tolerances need to be tighter so it doesn’t feel so rattly .The flavours ok it’s has helped me cut down on my vaping .i just feel for the price it should be made better .Hopefully a new version comes out with better manufacturing of the device.

refused to cancel my order before it was even shipped and then went radio silent when i wanted to return it. unacceptable customer service for a very sub par product

Very expensive for what you get. Allot of cores are almost floral and it feels like your huffing potpuree. If you don't like the core flavours and have bought multiple unsealed packs they won't exchange them, but will try and get you to buy more by offering a discount. I would go to other cheaper providers of similar products with better customer service. Bad for the planet and bad business practice not to exchange unused unopened products when there is no way to sample, particularly given the price.

over priced for a start and the core did nothing for me plus they aren't nice taste nasty and the cores only last a max 3 days i can get a bottle of vape juice cheaper that lasts longer but the whole point for me was to get of the vape only used it today as today was the day :) but not sure what to do now

Massively overpriced metal straw with a cotton stick in the middle that smells like toilet cleaner no matter what the chosen flavour and that was with discount. I can't believe I fell for this gimmick. To top it all off, using it gives me a headache. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
