I love the product it has helped me to quit smoking. My favorite flavor is the crisp mint I was a menthol smoker so I'm sure that is why it's my favorite. I also really like that it is much healthier than smoking or any other way of quitting smoking. There is no nicotine whatsoever and it is just air and essential oils basically but the different fidgeting options are great they now even have a silicone mouth peice. I really can't say enough good things about it. I have told all my friends and even a few strangers about this and how great I think it is and how helpful it has been to me. I have been a smoker for 34 years and this is what got me to quit and I have tried over the years and nothing has worked until now I quit smoking in April so it has been 7 months now.

I was a long term smoker. I smoked 2 packs a day for about 15 years. I suffered a lot of health issues. I started vaping to try and stop smoking but then was addicted to vaping. I then had more health issues from heavy metal poisoning from the vaporizer. A friend told me about Fum and I finally gave it a try. It took me about a month or 2 but I was finally able to quit vaping. I love that I can use Fum forever and not have to worry about any negative impact to my health. The hand to mouth habbit was what I couldn't break and the Fum totally solves that issue. The mint and spearmint are my top favorites. I save money, stay healthy, and SAVE SO much money!!!!

Love the flavor with every puff, The fum has become my go to when I want a refreshing break. The Fum really does help me to stop thinking of having any other form to smoke!

Would be five stars but there was an issue i had where I couldn't change my cores in my subscription and it took a while to get a hold of someone for help. I wish there was a better way to communicate with customer service but when I did get in touch with someone they helped me very quickly.

I quit smoking cigarettes, then started vaping. I really wanted to break away from nicotine. Fum was the answer!! I am completely off of anything that contains nicotine and find Fum a great help on my journey. Actually prefer it to a vape. Nice flavours available.

I love my FUM both for the enjoyment of the healthy essential oil flavors available and figit-abilty. My metal FUM is my go-to pocket friendly stress reliever for stressful situations.

I’ve tried patches and the Nicolette inhaler which is garbage this product so far is the best. I like to see the product enhanced maybe a stronger flavour as you inhale? Overall it’s the best alternative to quit smoking product I’ve tried so far.
