my only criticism is when you change the cartridge to a new flavour, it is very hard to get the old flavour out and I find the flavours do not meld together well

Fum helps me take the edge off lighting up a cigarette. I got myself the journey pack & then got the same for a friend. The flavours are great & the variety is first rate so keep putting the flavours out there.

Company is great only complaint is the fact that yas no longer really sell anything for the previous ones made out of just wood I bought 3 of them and since the new collection you only sell 1 or 2 cores for the previous ones and I have already spent quite the money on them. Wish yas can sell more core flavors for the previous ones.

The fum experience is a good way to reduce or eliminate some other bad habits. The fum works to decrease cravings and to replace the hand movements you might be used to. The only bad thing I have to say is it’s an equally expensive replacement.

I think this is a great product, and it has really helped me kick my nicotine habit so I would 100% recommend FUM for anyone who is trying to quit smoking and not end up vaping like a maniac. Nicely designed, great to fiddle with, and a range of interesting flavours to explore. However, I think there are some issues with dispatching their products in a timely fashion - When I first ordered a FUM it took so long to arrive I had actually forgotten that I had purchased it. I recently purchased a second barrel and a subscription to their cores club, this arrived on time but my subscription was late by over a week, and when it arrived it was missing one of the core kits. The customer service is wonderful, and everyone has been very helpful in trying to compensate me and sort out these issues, I'm sure that these are just teething problems! It remains a great product and idea and something I have recommend to multiple people.

Purchased these for my partner who wanted to give up his vape.Can honestly say he’s not looked back. They smell lush and he’s made the transition seamlessly. Had an issue with a late order but that’s the only reason for 4 not 5 stars

this is a well designed product, it helps with craving but may not be strong enough alone for heavy smokers. but It does taste great and will make you taste great too.
