Horrible brand, when I received my package it was already open so I tried to contact support to get help and get a refund, but they never got back to me, I sent multiple emails and messages but no response, so I have spent over $100 on a product I am to worried to use because it was open when it arrived. Do not recommend, don't waste your money because if something goes wrong the brand does not care and wont even try to help you or get you a refund, they are just scamming people out of their money. I'm so frustrated that I cant get my money back because these products are so expensive.

I smoked when I was younger and quit a long time ago but a few years ago I started vaping as I became a semi truck driver to keep me occupied. I have always had an oral fixation that’s why I smoke and chew gum a lot. I been doing Fum for over a year now and I love it . It’s a bit pricy to start out with but I use it everyday and I have not smoked or vapes since I got my Fum

I do not know how the product is as I have not received it after three months. I do know that they are incompetent and negligent. After making an order with them, it was returned due to an error and then I was ignored for a month. Followed by a new shipment to the WRONG country. In the meantime, they have sent me a second order arriving without an issue. However, that order was due to a subscription service, which I had no intention of signing up. I do admit, I bought it quickly and would have overlooked it, regardless I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription, which I had to forcefully cancel through my bank as their website did not give me an option, I did not make an account with them. I've tried for a long time to find something to help me quit smoking and this is the only product I have found that works I love how it is all natural I have probably tried to quit smoking 10 times before this and never made it more than a month since using fum I have been smoke-free for over 2 months now wonderful product

I'm surprised with the speed of shipping. Otherwise, I don't really use this product as intended but rather I use it as a vocalist. Having the ability to inhale something like peppermint really helps with awareness and I feel helps me to maintain vocal health during lengthy gig runs that would be highly taxing on the voice normally.

I was so skeptical of using this method for cutting down/quitting smoking. To my surprise, it's working for me. I haven't had a cigarette since the middle of March. I do find that I may use the FUM less and less as time goes by and I don't tent to use it more than 3-4 times a day now. I like that this is my "crutch" and that it's not bad for me!

If you’re on the fence why not just try it? You have nothing to lose & the potential to gain freedom from cigarettes.

I am 60 years old and have been smoking since 15 years old. The only time I quit was August 2019 when I picked up the habit of vaping. To my detrement I wound up in the ER for 5 days with an IVY when covid hit in May 2020, having caught pneumonia which i thought was due to covid and found out it was due to Popcorn lungs a symptom of vaping. And as soon as I left the hospital quit vaping and bought a pack of cigarettes. The addiction of smoking cigarettes resumed until I seened advertisement on YouTube by the Meidas Touch Social Media network, I was skeptical thinking could it affect me as vaping has but knew I would have to make a change due to my age. So I ordered FUM, and I carry it everywhere and forward 5 months from purchase not only has it curved my addiction but I go sometimes a day not remembering to use it. Seems the fixation of bringing hand to mouth has been eradicated but feel comfort knowing i can use it once or twice a day if need to. I can't say enough about the product other than it not only saves me hundreds of dollars monthly but has saved my life as I don't have the urge to smoke anymore.
