Hi Jamie, Thank you so much for being a long-time patient with Eden and for trusting us over the past year and a half. I am truly sorry to hear how different your experience has been this time around. You have every right to feel frustrated and disappointed, especially after receiving consistent care and timely communication in the past. Not hearing back after multiple outreach attempts, especially after being charged, is absolutely not acceptable. I know how important it is to stay on track with your treatment, and it is incredibly upsetting to feel left in the dark without your medication or any follow up.
