Company has no cancellation button but claims you can cancel any time before the doctor consultation. I reached out to customer service through the website to no response and asked to cancel well before the consultation part. They violated their own terms of service by using a pharmacy that is not licensed in my state, which is very illegal. I emailed care@TryEden. Their response was a generic how to document, which is a joke because the cancellation button never existed. They did not address the illegality of using a pharmacy that is not licensed in my state. I have asked for a refund multiple times. I have photos to prove all of it. I am filing a formal complaint with California’s pharmacy board about the pharmacy used and consulting with an attorney. Update: August 21st - Still no response from Susie or Eden. This company is completely a scam. Avoid!!!

I’ve had a great experience with Eden. The cost of their products are affordable and customer support is great! My first order was received promptly. Second order took a bit longer due to the delays/challenges that all companies selling compounded Semaglutide are facing right now, but customer support has been so helpful, kind and kept great communication along the way. Once my second order was shipped (3 month supply), I received it the next day. I am grateful to Kaliane for her prompt responses - she is overall so kind and helpful. Very happy with my experience with Eden - highly recommend them to others!

It takes weeks, literally, to get a response to chat. Took a month to ship my second shipment, despite charging me. I have been trying to cancel as they are so unreliable, but have yet to accomplish that simple task.

It took FOREVER to get the medicine. Order submitted 7/8, confirmed 7/11, shipped 7/18 didn’t receive til 7/22 even thought they claim good customer service and wya faster shipping….Not only that, I tried to get ahold of customer service a min. Of 4 times with no success in all of that time….. I also cancelled the delivery. I got the medication eventually and then asked for a refund since I already went with another company…. Now no answer yet again. I wouldn’t trust this company.

I was charged almost a month ago for the next round of medicine and still have not received it. No one will answer my phone calls or emails. I have disputed the transaction with the bank, but they need to refund me and reply.
