Faith was extremely helpful and responsive to my request to change programs. She answered all of my questions, explained the process, and followed-up to ensure that the change went through successfully.

I tried both SkinnyRX & Eden, I must say that both experiences were amazing, very quick approval and shipping, but on Eden GLP1 I didn't throw up once, while on the SkinnyRX meds I was throwing up at least once a week. The weight loss Is the same, but price & less after effects are better on Eden. Support on Eden was also very quick and accommodating. Make sure not to drink any alcohol when taking GLP1 supplements as your body will really struggle to process even small amounts.

I called Eden today with several questions regarding my account. I spoke with Lupe who was extremely helpful. She gave me her full attention and immediately understood what I was asking. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She provided answers to all of my questions in a timely manner. I appreciated the positive experience that I had.

I was billed on Sept 6th for my monthly order and it's now Sept 26th and customer service keeps saying that the order is at the pharmacy. I've contacted customer service and they have no answers. Will be taking my order/business elsewhere.

If I could give Try Eden zero stars I would. This company is terrible to deal with. It took forever to get my meds and to get anyone on the phone was almost impossible. I finally cancelled my subscription and they told me my card would not be charged as they canceled it and a month later they charged me again so am now having to dispute the charges with my credit card company since they refuse to refund me. Buyer beware!! I would absolutely never use this company again as there are much better companies out there to use!

This review is regarding Try Eden's customer service. I accidentally ordered a subscription plan, hoping to pay with Klarna, which placed a hold on my credit card. I contacted Try Eden and spoke with a representative named Alden. He was very patient and attentive. I am very pleased with his kind tone. He understood my situation and helped resolve the issue with my credit card. He is an excellent customer service representative. Blessings to Him and Try Eden.
