While I am still waiting on my meds, and my oder from August got lost, and my September replacement meds were not the quality I've grown to expect... Samantha took on my case because a different replacement who helps me wasn't available. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I set up an account but have not been able to log in since. Nothing shows on your patient portal as far as prescription or updates. I emailed Eden to cancel my subscription and my prescription. They refused and about 10 minutes later I get a notification that my medicine is now on its way. I should have researched before I purchase with them.. this is a common issue with them, along with unauthorized charges and refusal to cancel.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They charge you every 3 weeks instead of every 4 weeks like other companies. So if you are coming here because you think you'll save $100 - know you'll be paying almost $600 per month instead of almost $300 per month. They say they do this cause it takes 5-7 to mail prescription. I was charged on saturday, and on Monday they could not stop it. Where's the 5-7 days. The doctor is not very communicative, unlike Willow (start willow.com). I don't work for Willow but they are a much more ethical company than Eden. Eden's doctor didn't even give me the prescription I was used to. I am stopping all these medications as they have weird side effects and stop working not long after a few months. This is my second time going off them and I am done for good. But please try Willow or Hers - DO NOT USE EDEN - they are very unethical - while the customer service folks are nice, the business practices are bogus. Not sure about this pharmacy also - Willow shipped and the product was COLD as it should be. These arrive and are not even cold. BAD COMPANY

So far a great experience, great communication

The 1st month arrived a little late by a few days. They take the money about 2 weeks before they do anything. The does worked very well, lost about 15 pounds. The 2nd month arrived the bottle was significantly smaller by more than half, of course the doing was to increase significantly. I contacted them by phone, {the online chat is absolutely useless} spoke to someone who assured me they would make it right, I received a confirmation email that is was going to be corrected and is wasn’t. I lost only 5 lbs. I was without any medication for almost 3 weeks when the next month does arrived. I now have put on the 5 lbs I had just lost because of this shortage. BTW they stated the smaller bottle is more concentrated, even though the label clearly states the same mixture. I urge anyone considering trying Eden for anything to seriously reconsider and look elsewhere more reputable. I have not received a refund nor email of online chat response from them. I truly believe it is a scam that the US Government needs to look at and possible attorneys to file class action against them. It is now Oct 23, 2025 and the company is still giving me the run araound and not keeping thier obligations with me. They are fast to take your money beware. The chat system/ customer service is beyond awful. They respond when they are good and ready so it seems.

Eden has been so helpful on my Weight-loss and health journey. Ashlee D. Is a treasure. Deliveries have come through every time , one mixup was resolved with care and now changing my compound is a breeze. Thank you Eden and Ashlee.
