Very grumpy experience. The manager on duty was nasty to the other employees. The front desk girl and another employee were in the lobby talking smack about another. The Only sincerity given was from a girl with glasses. She was sweet. I think The manager overseeing the college park location in Gainesville need to clean house. The 6 th street location has nice people. College park was the only location that had the product I needed. It used to be friendly but now it smells and those women have turned it into a dirty, crappy attitude, no smile mess. I told the girls in the front what I thought of them whispering smack. Then they old manned me with their banter as I closed the elevator doors. When I got to the first floor and the doors opened. I could here those two at the desk being loud and saying that they hate people like me. She had a male patient join in on the banter.I was in lot’s of pain that day. They were horrible. Please say you will do something should I have to go to that location again.

Visited the Panama City Beach store. The place is a disgusting cesspool with employees that have no clue about the product. The red head guy that works there needs an attitude adjustment. Type in FBI/TRULIEVE. You would be surprised. These people are crooks. Stay away!!

Went to the dispensary in, West Palm Beach, Okeechobee Blvd today. I had placed an order. I was called by the dispensary and they left me a message that they needed to ask me a question about my order. I called back and spoke to a lady who informed me that the product I wanted was not available and would it be alright to give me another to which I agreed. When I got to the store to pick up my order an young woman by the name of Devina took care of me, when we went over the order there was one thing missing, so I explained the process I went through and that they had replaced the item, to which she stated that I had not spoken to anyone and that the order was correct. I went out to the car and thank, God I printed my order, When I returned she stated I got it for you if you want it, "Do you want it or not." At that point I felt so belittled I had been called an liar, I was told to take it or leave it. so I asked for the manager and her answer was "if you can find him than go ahead, I am not telling you where he is or who he is" I asked the tender next to us and he pointed out the manager Julian, So it seemed had heard the conversation and did not help. I spoke to him and he reluctantly apologized and said he would look over the video. I asked for the number to complain and he said it's the same number you called earlier. I did call and spoke to Martina who did apologize and stated she would contact the manager. However it is quite evident that customer service is not of importance at this location. It has left me very disheartened and disappointed that customer service is no longer a priority. Thank you for reading.

If I could give trulieve a zero, I would‼️ They practice customer NO SERVICE when it comes to the completely useless phone center! All they do is tell you what’s on the web site, and that is wrong most of the time! I reported my experience to quality control. I’m sure they will probably do absolutely nothing about the call center, but at least I logged my complaint. Suffice it to say that I had a terrible experience and WILL NOT be going back.🤬

This place has a bunch of rude young staff members. I asked if the young kid behind the counter would punch my rewards card because the store before didn't. He had the receipt in his hand and said no because he wasn't having a good day. I said thanks a lot and him and the other kid just laughed in my face. So I said just please get me out of here and I won't be back here. They had more to say to me I told him to f off because I was pissed at this point. The kid behind the counter wanted to fight over it physically. Anyways I shouldn't have said f off but they just didn't care and were rude from the start and I wasn't being a jerk or anything and they never stopped being jerks about it and it could have been a nicer exchange. They wanted to fight with me though!

Elizabeth was the BEST bud tender ever!! She helped out with so many options and helped me get the best medication for me. Definitely she is the one to have help you!!! Hope I get every time 😁
