Terrible, horrible customer service. Ordered the day before. Received word it was ready and waiting. When I went to pick it up the next day. I had to sit there. And sit there. And sit there. I was told there were other customers. It was 9:10 AM. So, I looked in the parking lot. Mine was the only car. So, I can only guess that everyone else walked there at 9AM. Terrible. You guys suck. BTW, I have other not-so-great thoughts about your business model.

My last purchase at Trulieve was very disappointing. I went to Trulieve because of a sale they were having on flower. The flower was all terrible. It had barely any smell, tasted like crap and was very difficult to grind up. It was literally the worst I have ever had. The flower was almost damp as if it had not cured properly. What a waste of my money and no relief at all from pain. I guess this is why they had such a good sale to get rid of the bad batches of flower. I will not be using trulieve ever again for flower. This is the second time this has happened to me with Trulieve during one of their great sales. Great sale equals substandard flower.

We went for the first time to the dispensary in Hollywood FL. It is amazing beautiful building , great customer service the girls are amazingly courteous especially the girl that took care of as inside her name was AUDREY super knowledgeable and very cool. Five stars to de whole thing . We got an amazing discount so we bought more.

Lately I've been having trouble with bait and switch with Truelieve. A few times I order online at a certain thc percentage only to get it home and realize it was a much lower percentage. I'm about done with that game. Yes, I know I can return it for a store credit. What a huge pain that is for me. It just seem shady to me.

I have been to Trulieve Orange City. I have mainly been assisted by Kaila however I’ve seen Anthony as well. Kaila is very informative about the products and has assisted me based on my needs.We all have different needs based on our ailments and issues and our preferences of usage and routes of administration so it’s important to have people who can explain things based on needs that is most helpful for your particular issues. The products at Trulieve are also really good and availability is also a plus

The online ordering is a joke. Ordered at 8:44 am. Never got my order processed. Now 12:48am (next day) and my order has still not been processed. Deals no longer count….. it’s getting old.

Everytime i went to trulieve miami there is no words to explain how good is KEVIN B. with his knowledge he gave me the best strains for what i ask he just NEVER dissappoint me, i feel like i dont even need to see the stuff just talk to Kevin B ask him what you need and he will recommend you the best. Guaranteed 100%. Also sometimes not everybody is patience and take their time to explain and show, so all credits to Kevin B at Truelieve Miami!!!
