Personally I can never get anyone at call center, never a call back and no response with chat either

Just came back from a visit to the Brooksville Dispensary. Not very happy. I typically get a 20% military + a 10% senior discount. Every time, any day, all products, except ground and equip. I recently have been using the Blue river Live Rosin cart. Today I placed an order on line to restock. 7 live rosin carts and 4 1/8 of roll one @ 22% THC all of which I have received a 30% discount for in the very recent past. I was informed no discounts on Blue River or the flower since it was already discounted. The Roll one is not discounted it is always $20. OH, that's a new product and should not be discounted. In comes the manager .. sorry but we will have to discipline that employee if we find out who it was. Then I find that the order is packed with a substitute Trulieve brand @ 17% and was not roll one @ 22%. By this time the cashier has finished the transaction. I was then informed I had just purchased it and it was mine. in other words to BAD. Is that any way to treat a customer let alone a senior citizen and retired Veteran.

Overall Trulieve is great .. but if Trulieve is going to have an Express Lane then it should be utilized .. instead of waiting for others to place orders, then filled .. seems counter productive

They have the best flower for me. The employees are great and very informative.

although I love all the staff I’ve ever encountered at Trulieve. I am tired of the false advertising on the text mails you send me most recently last night. You sent me a text at 11 PM just after 4am got it just after 9 AM. Each time it had the same article. And each time I got on your website and the products you advertised were NEVER available! I understand if you happen to run out of something that you’ve had a special on. But if you advertise something and you don’t have the product you should have to replace it with something of the same quality and thc!! this is not the first time this is happened. When you run a special, I have the right to expect that you have the product in stock. I’m tired of hearing all your employees tell me how marketing doesn’t listen to them. Or that The website was down or the other excuses I’ve encountered too many times. I like the people at your Largo store. But there are literally three other dispensaries within 2000 feet of this one to offer similar products and specials. I expect you to correct your issues, and I expect you to send me some kind of store credit. Not a discount store credit

Trulieve is not a good company I used to work for them. It’s a high school. Drama everywhere managers that don’t understand what workermens comp is. I had a manger tell me don’t go to hr. Very unprofessional go to Health For Life off of Cave creek.

Placed order online at 7.15am, got a call at 1.15pm saying they were out of 3 things I ordered. Called main office and they didn't seem to care about there customers. Online order is a joke, might have what you want maybe not. How lucky do you feel today. Won't spend another dime at this place.
