Everytime I come here and it’s the old blonde lady expect to wait an extra 30-60 mins. The new workers behind the desk are so slow… not sure what checking in before and it saying only 10 mins does….

I always seem to have a good experience. I agree that sometimes the wait times are long but I like their flower. And I like the people that work there and the wait time doesn't really bother me. I do enjoy their product and theirprises

I just got back from Is the store in Deerfield beach They're open to 9 I got there at eight forty two people were sitting down and they denied me the guy behind the desk was very disrespectful

I went to trulieve once. I will not go again. It took 3 hrs. I’m used to when you order online that is ready to be picked. Trulieve is not like that everyone is a walk-in with 30-50 ppl ahead of you. Do not go!! Liberty and curleaf I’ve never waited more that 20 minutes. After waiting an hour and ten minutes they put me back at the back of line. People there for 5 or 10 minutes get to go ahead of you. Never go here. I wont. They don’t know what they are doing or how to do it. I don’t think waiting 3 hours is worth savings $10. My time is more important. This is the absolute worse dispensary I’ve ever visited. Blanding Blvd Jax, Florida

Said that it seems they are going out of business. They no longer answer the phones or fill online orders. I read they had massive layoffs in their call centers so they probably will be shutting their doors. I just hope lack of financial resources hasn't affected safety and how they handle product.

I am getting sick and tired of going to this dispensary and not getting what I ordered. I place my order according to THC content and every time I do when I get there. I end up getting something with much lower THC content. IF I ORDER SOMETHING 25% THC THATS WHAT I WANT NOT 18.5% THC. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DISPENSARY EVER AGAIN!!!!

Trulieve doesn't honor Express pick-up time. The wait can be up to three hours. I've checked-in in advance several times, told my order would be ready in 18 minutes, arrived in 15 minutes & told I missed my pick-up time, then put at the back of the line. Only go there if you have all day.

This review only pertains to one location in Pensacola on Davis Highway. I placed an order in the morning and received an email in the afternoon that my order was ready. I made the 40 minute drive over to Pensacola and get there and I'm told to get added to the waitlist...my wait was going to be 78 minutes! What? I waited 50 minutes with 6 people ahead of me when I checked in. I finally went inside to ask what the point was to place an online order only to sit for almost an hour. The front desk staff was RUDE and basically said "yep, you've waited 50 minutes and you're going to waiting another 50." So the manager came out and I very nicely asked him about the process (this was my first time picking up at any Trulieve). Manager comes out with a smirk on his face and basically tells me there is one person working in the dispensary. Two people working the front desk, manager doing God knows what, and 1 person handing out the orders. Time for new management. I canceled my order and went to a different location which got me in and out in 10 minutes without me having to place the order ahead of time.
