Please don’t support these guys! You will be sorry!
I paid top dollar for Frontier Moving Solutions to move my items from Roanoke Virginia to Denver Colorado. Their movers showed up on the wrong day when I was out of town. They then put my items in a local storage space. I called several times to see when they would be able to move my items to my home. They just fed me times … 5-10 days … a week later it was 6-10 days. Days would go by with no update. Eventually they wore me down and I agreed to pick up the items myself having slept on an air mattress for weeks. I did not sign any release form saying that the insurance I paid for no longer covered the items they moved into the storage space. They never informed me that I would be liable for their mishandling of my items. It appears they dropped and damaged the screen of my 65” Sony OLED. The whole corner is bent and the screen is shattered in that area. A Scandinavian design bed frame and leather chair was damaged too. All these items were packed, handled, and moved by them into the storage space. I only asked them to please reimburse me for the damaged television. They said it was not their responsibility and that the insurance I paid for would only cover 60 cents per pound anyway, and so didn’t really didn’t matter if I was covered or not. I could believe they said that. They asked if I had pictures … I said I did and they hung up on me after they said it didn’t matter. They know they did wrong. It’s too small an amount to seek legal help. They’d rather take a bad review than do what it honest and right.

Hello Erich We are sorry to hear about your experience and regret the frustration this caused. To clarify, Frontier Moving Solutions is a licensed interstate moving broker. Our role is to coordinate and schedule moves through our carrier network, while the actual handling and transport of belongings is performed by the assigned carrier. With regard to insurance and coverage, all interstate moves fall under federal law, which provides a standard “released valuation” of $0.60 per pound per item unless a customer elects to purchase third-party full-value protection. This is not unique to our company, but an industry-wide requirement regulated by the Department of Transportation. We never want a customer to feel unsupported, which is why the proper process for situations involving damage is to file a formal claim. This ensures that issues are documented and reviewed in accordance with federal guidelines. Our team is available to help guide you through that process so you receive the resolution available to you. We understand how upsetting it can be to experience damage during a move and we truly regret that this was your experience. While no moving process is without challenges, our commitment remains to transparency, accountability, and supporting customers through resolution. Please reach out to customer service at 954-416-9655 to discuss and see if we can help make things right! Best Wishes, Management Frontier Moving Solutions
