Well, my stuff did eventually arrive… But these people are dishonest. They quote you one price and then add money all along the way. Then they threaten to keep your stuff if you don’t pay the additional money that you never agreed to pay in the first place. They keep you on the phone for hours and hours, going over the same information, and don’t tell you about the fine print that says you will have to pay more. You’re constantly dealing with a different person and a different phone number and a different price and a different day, and no one communicates. I was receiving a move from an elderly woman that I told them not to contact and they contacted her literally every day. The whole thing just felt completely crooked and corrupt. Pay more and get reliable service!
