True Link FinancialReviews of truelinkfinancial.com

True Link was the solution to a very expensive problem: a sweet woman who never balanced a checkbook in her life, and never remembered when a "trial membership" was due to end. Everyone I've communicated with at True Link is both knowledgeable and kind! Once I reported a problem on a weekend--and I was amazed to receive a quick and helpful reply in a matter of hours. It sounds crazy, but I really believe they CARE.

Just started using True Link through CALAble. I had a problem activating my son’s pre-paid card and they solved the problem quickly.

Just started using the service. Love the product. Solves a problem, easy to set up, and easy for both the family member trustee and beneficiary to use.

I am being charged $10 a month as rep payee, and trustee for my brother. It should be $4 and I was promised this was taken care of a month ago.

We have been using TL for quite a few months now. We have not had any problems until today, and the rep immediately helped us resolve the issue. I have been very pleased with customer service and with how easy this works for a disabled individual. It is perfect for a guardianship situation. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the monthly service fee. It is too bad they do not have a program for individuals with very limited income. I see others have mentioned this, but when I go to the support link posted, it only brings me to a Google search. I have no service fees for my own personal checking or savings so I find it almost insulting that someone with a disability on a severely limited income has to pay fees.

I am a Court appointed Guardian for a high functioning individual who lives in the community. In the past, he had a credit card that he used to purchase his necessaries. However, he was always signing up for extended warranty plans that I had to get him out of. True Link solved that problem by limiting the categories he is allowed to spend money on. The money transfer from my guardianship account to the True Link card is seamless, although I have to allow a few days for the transfer to take place. I highly recommend True Link to any Guardian/Trustee of a person living in the community. The customer service department is top notch. Whether you are getting your account set up for the first time, or have lost access to your account, they respond in a timely manner and are extremely helpful.

I am deaf my card ture link card

As a payee for my son, true link has been great, easy to use. I transfer money from his bank to true link card, the only negative is that money takes so long to transfer, I was told it would take 24 hours, it always takes 5 business days!
