True Link has been such a blessing to our family. Our elderly parents got caught up in a Publisher's Clearing House scam after my dad had been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's. They mailed $80,000 in checks and cash thinking they were paying a "gift tax". True Link was suggested by a social worker. It gives my parents the dignity they still deserve to be able to use a card like everyone else. It gives us the ability to set every parameter imaginable regarding where they can use that card as well as spending limits. We check the balance once a week and reload the card as needed. (You can also just set reoccurring transfers.) Customer service through True Link was also very accommodating with the initial set up. When you initially set up the account it can take a few days for True Link to verify the bank account funds will be transferred from. True Link was great at getting us over this hump and we have not had one hiccup since. We would give this service/vendor 10 stars if that was an option. We've been using this service for around a year now.

Very helpful service! Truelink has made it possible for me to give my elderly mother, who has mild Alzheimer's, a card so that she can buy things when she is at the store, and I can add specific amounts to the card every week. The best part is that I can set the card to only be able to buy things at in-person stores, and to not be able to buy anything online. It has worked great and always blocks the purchases she tries to make online, as she would otherwise compulsively shop online and get scammed a lot, as was happening previously before we got this card.

I highly recommend True Link Financial. I have a special needs trust for my son and have been using them for many years. Before I discovered them, it was very time consuming finding a way to send money to my son. They are very efficient and respond to your emails and calls in a very timely manner. I absolutely do not know what I would do without this service!

Being responsible for managing another person's finances can be challenging. True Link Financial makes it easy! I was guardian and payee for a woman who wasn't able to stay within her budget. Using True Link allowed me to keep her within her budget by setting limits on her spending while at the same time giving her the ability to use her True Link card for purchases, giving her a feeling of responsibility. The goal is to help her return to self management while staying within her budget.

This TrueLink service is all that it promises to be. It fills a gap that is very meaningful to me as a remote caregiver/supporter for a mom with dementia. It is extremely easy to use via mobile app and computer web browser. Features relating to allowing/disallowing specific categories of financial transactions and transferring funds have been especially helpful. Thanks for inventing this service and for implementing it well.

The ability to control where the card can be used as well as the transaction amount allowed is very easy to set up and change when necessary. I appreciate the holiday reminders that could effect when funds are applied and the ability to make sure funds are applied on time.
