True Link is a wonderful system for monitored spending. The customer service is outstanding- their team even on a Saturday responded back to us shortly after our query and was able to help us link a new card to our bank account and also showed us the emergency funding link so funds would be available on the card immediately- all on that Saturday! True Link is a Winner!

Deposit money on the card and it's the 6th deposit by the way on a Thursday and it's Saturday and still don't have the money. I am so frustrated with this company it's just ridiculous the amount of time it takes. And 12 dollars a month for what ? For what? Do not recommend at all

Excellent customer service! Sophie went above and beyond. I had a question and received an immediate response. However, Sophie took it a step further because I was concerned and she followed up with me a few days later to put my mind at ease and she let me know where everything was at without me needing to ask. I would definitely recommend their services!

Our non profit has had great service from Truelink for our clients and their needs. I don’t know what we would do without them. They are quick to respond and helpful with any question we might have. Our clients love having the cards to receive their personal money and it is so easy to do the transfers.

I was searching for a renewable credit card for my elderly Aunt. I contacted True Link Financial and I was surprised that I was able to talk with someone immediately. The True Link Associate was so friendly and helpful! One time, I needed to add funds to my Aunt's account immediately and the Associate helped me do this while I was waiting on line. We got this card for my dad who has Alzheimers and it has helped a lot to keep his spending under control. We came up with a budget and then hooked the card up to all of his accounts so that we are able to keep tabs on his spending.
