Helping a struggling adult with their finances is difficult. TrueLink provides a good product & service for this purpose. Did not give 5 stars due to long length of time for transfers to be completed - much longer than my regular e-banking.

TO THE EFFICIENCY OF LISA MARIE: I had an emergency with my sister's green card (aka food card!). LISA MARIE'S quick response and abilities to solve this problem was EXCELLENT+. I sent an email with an emergeny and stated I needed to speak with a representative as soon as possible. LISA MARIE called me within minutes and solved the problem instantly. (This was on on the 4th of July holiday weekend when banks are closed !) Because LISA MARIE solved the problem (above and beyone expections) with this card, my sister was able to purchase the necessary groceries she needed and LISA MARIE 'saved the day'! I am forever grateful for this service by LISA MARIE at True Link with the card that, in the long term, has allowed my sister to stay living in her home. Thank you again Lisa Marie and the True LInk company. Terri Malenke and the efficiency (on a holiday) was EXCELLENT! Lisa Marie was helpful and solved the problems during an emergency.

The web site it easy to navigate and the staff has been extremely responsive in answering any questions or concerns I have.
