We found TrueLink to be a complete JOKE for a family with a loved one who is in recovery. They can not block alcohol or marijuana sales. You can only block the places that a person can spend the link. Alcohol is everywhere and without the ability to block that specific sale is worthless!!! DO BETTER TRUE LINK! WE EXPECTED A LOT MORE!

True link provides an invaluable service that allows me to manage the money of my mother with advanced dementia so that all of her needs are met and no illegitimate spending reduces her minimum resources. This type of card has been a lifesaver for me. Mom has dementia. The ability to block internet purchases is an absolute game changer for me as her caregiver and financial caretaker.
