We got the True Link card for our elderly father who was not able to manage his finances anymore. It has been exactly what we needed. He still has the ability to go to any store and purchase what he needs, but we have the confidence that his bank account and savings are secure and safe. And we can create administrative limits on where the card can be used (for example, no more online shopping for things he does not need nor online activity that opens him to risks on corrupt sites). For the first time in years it is the one thing we do not worry about anymore.

This controlled credit card has been life-changing. My aging parent is able to continue to have independent agency over her purchasing decisions while I no longer have to spend hours trying to undo subscription scams and attempting to return unwanted purchases.
