bad services
you cant send or receive email their servers don't work on that then you open a support ticket for 3 days no response, you open live chat nothing, stay away..

bad customer service
Is bad custom service, very bad. They only attend to a new customer but after sometimes they think you are no longer relevant. I have over 30 domain but and reseller account but I most say is a bad service trust me.

You blocked my domain for no good…
You blocked my domain for no good reason....can you kindly unblock it so that i can continue with your services...coz i was thinking of churning coz i got nothing to do on your site without the domain

Cannot send or receive email due to…
Cannot send or receive email due to 550-5.7.26 Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM. Can someone please contact me, Collen on +27 722225458 or email to resolve this issue? Thus far we have not being able to use the email facility. I have used a SPF Checker tool that reported the following. No valid SPF record found for somersetwestpetsitters.co.za domain. Create a valid SPF record for your domain using our SPF generator, ensuring all email-sending sources are correctly configured for email authentication to guarantee successful email delivery.
