The best thing about Truehost (for me) is their customer service. They're always available and ready to help. After that, it used to be their pricing. But now, hosting price has gone up significantly since 2021 when I first started with them. But still, compared to others, their prices are still much better.
Response from TrueHostJun 27, 2024

Regarding pricing, we understand your perspective since 2021, and we continuously aim to offer competitive rates while maintaining service quality. Market conditions and other prevailing factors have necessitated that we review our prices a little, while remaining cognizant of our clients. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate your continued support. Best regards, Truehost Team
