I wish I could write a positive review, but my experience with this service has been nothing short of frustrating. It’s been almost three weeks since my domain was suspended, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I haven’t received a single response from the abuse and safety team. They have effectively left me in the dark, with my domain still on hold, causing significant disruption to my online presence. Even after just recently renewing my subscription, my domain remains suspended, and their team has consistently ignored my attempts to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they always blame the customer, as if it’s our fault for being mistreated. This ordeal has left me feeling utterly helpless. Not only am I unable to access my domain, but I’m also stuck without any alternatives. The domain remains on client hold, making it impossible for me to even point it to a different nameserver. The lack of response from their team is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you value your online presence and want a service provider that actually cares about their customers, I strongly urge you to avoid this company. My experience has been nothing but a nightmare, and I hope others can learn from my mistake before entrusting them with something as crucial as a domain name.

I can now recommend truehost service, the customer service was a bit slow but finally my.net application in now up. In particular i would like to thank agent japet who handled the issue when i called,after a 10 day wait.However ,improve on your ticket response ticket time.
