Its taking way too long to trouble shoot a problem. Since the complain date of 16th-10-2026 to date. Even after stating FTP is not working, they still send the wrong address. Totally disappointed

After i had bought my domain i struggled a full 2 days trying to connect my domain to my website. My DNS records and everything matched up and the problem was on Truehost's side. Even though my domain registration fee had been payed my account was on serverhold for NO reason. I went on to get a ticket to get my issue resolved and the AI BOT was USELESS... It even lied and tried to convince me it was human. When i finally got my a hold of a human at customer support i could link my domain to my site. A week later I'm still waiting for customer support to help with my other site I'm trying to link because the DNS records shows it's the same but not sending info. Also waiting for them to help link my mail account because i also need to link my DNS settings to that. Overall... A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't try to save money using these cheap off-brand domain resellers. Rather go to godaddy or namecheap to get QUALITY SERVICE

The system is difficult to navigate and even the chat assistant don’t really do much to help

Overall customer care zola you are excellent that's why I gave you 2 stars if not I don't think you are worth it in services you guys suck like I took 3 day for my domain and hosting to be active I kept on contacting you guys say one thing over and over again for 3 days after that the site kept crashing almost everyday my overall experience was very bad u only got good customer care the rest is a complete waste of time I call it trash

The two stars are for your website, which i am finding frustrating. But one of your customer support staff, Ngeywo, deserves five stars.

Their hosting is terrible, after migrating my website to three different servers, I ended up with a very useless server and my client website kept going down every four market days I am just waiting for my one-year to expire so I can transfer the website.
