for past 2week I'm not be able to link…
for past 2week I'm not be able to link my shopify account to my domain because my domain record page type setting is not selecting.

Poor service and customer support
Having been their customer for the past 3 years. I have noted their services deteriorating with time. From slow server response time to removal of support methods like phone calls, then slow rate of response to tickets on client area with no explanation whatsoever. Servers are constantly in migration so if you use proxy or Cloudflare you're always trying to keep up. And unfortunately, no notification prior to any migration or service interruptions. I've also recently lost data on a server. With no explanation at all from the company. I had over 6 sites/web apps so it's not an isolated case that it's only one server. I'm genuinely heartbroken since they were so good initially.

I tried 4 times to get a refund
I tried 4 times to get a refund, always said "there is no cancelation request". This website is just a scam

Customer service is shocking.
I don't get emails when a sale is made so had to by pass them. I had trouble with their link to pay my bill. Paypal said it had gone through and they said it hadn't. I sent a screen shot. Bens reply was I sent a fake screen shot.
