TrueHostReviews of truehost.com

Excellent support from Truehost Cloud! George was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. Truly appreciate the fast and reliable assistance — highly recommend Truehost for hosting services!

Nice customer service so far.

TrueHost are quite literally the worst hosting service (and I use the word service very lightly) in all my working life I have had the displeasure of using, it is just a Bot service, we have had so many problems with them, I don't have the nerves to explain, but I advise anyone thinking of using DON'T if you value your business, nerves and patience's.

Worst and Scammy Web Hosting — Beware! The Truehost Cloud Truehost Cloud website: truehost.ph and truehost.com I requested to delete or remove my payment method from my account, but they refused to do it. In fact, they insisted that I update and add a new card. Crazy, right? Another issue: I purchased a domain at a cheap price and renewed it two weeks before the renewal date. The renewal was successful, and I received a payment confirmation. However, a few days later, they sent me another invoice with a different price and deducted the amount I had already paid. They suddenly changed the domain price and modified the invoice without informing me. Now, my domain is expired and marked as unpaid, despite the fact that I already paid for the renewal. When you try to visit their website and log in to the client area to open a support ticket, it redirects you to a chat that connects to truehost.com not truehost.ph. The chat support there will tell you that they can’t help and that you need to contact truehost.ph directly. It’s ridiculous! The support ends up going in circles with no solution. Never buy any domain, hosting, or services from this company. They are scammers!

The workplace mail server is always bad, really, really bad, which gives me a bad image to my brand. Even after guarantee that after 1 hour the service will be back all to disappointment == -1 star

I needed terminal (SSH) access for my account, and the support team assisted me promptly and professionally. I definitely recommend them as a provider

When the leaderships response to a legitimate complaint is to block you for complaining, you know it time to start making complaints public! For the last 20 + days, 8 days after being lied to by TrueHost who made statements before I joined that they host Maildir format - convincing me to join them, they also said (as per the screen shot posted multiple times to their Facebook page now) they have a 30 day money-back guarentee. They were responsive and seemingly helpful until I committed and moved to them. Then my websites were down for 8 days and I never had any email access. I was losing business and people were calling asking if I was still operating. On day 7 I contacted another company HostCow and they had it all up in a day - I then requested a refund for the fees paid that should go to the company that is actually going to host my sites. Instead I have been ignored over and over. So I got hold of Jacky Wong Tai Huong profile, who is listed as the Manager of Truecloud, based in Singapore, and their "Co-Founder' Jay Shrotriya to try and get assistance to have it resolved as talking to their team wasn't getting a reply, and neither was posting to Facebook. When I started posting on their Facebook using one of my profiles (I have personas across businesses) to reply, they after i messaged to these 2, almost immediately, their Facebook group blocked the account. Now I got a message about it being more than 30 days - but I have all the requests, even a recorded conversation where I was told by one of their staff they are refunding - you don't to ignore clients until past your time frame and then say we are past the time frame. Doesn't fly and is a form of corporate bullying and bluecollar crime. I am reporting to the consumer protector as well. I want my money back to pay the company actually delivering the service!

Simply the worst service provider ever.. I bought shared hosting from them and my side ssl keeps failing, and my site keeps going offline and loading their default landing page... get told that it will be resolved but nothing happens.....
