Subject: From Frustration to Fiasco – A Masterclass in How Not to Serve Customers From day one, this has been anything but a smooth experience. What should have been a basic domain purchase and hosting setup quickly spiraled into a bureaucratic nightmare — with your automated system repeatedly slapping on inflated charges — sometimes three to five times what was advertised. Only after demanding to speak with an actual human did things begin to move, and even then, it took a mind-numbing hour and a half to complete the simplest of transactions. The inefficiency was staggering. And just when I thought the worst was behind me — within 24 hours, the site gets suspended for some vague “issue,” and I’m told to wait another 1–3 business days for a response. That was the final straw. I immediately requested a refund. In a world oversaturated with noise — where inboxes are flooded, ads bombard us, and funnels chase every click — the one voice most businesses ignore is the customer’s. Not out of malice, but from institutionalized inattention. This company has completely abandoned the concept of “Customer-First.” They’ve delegated essential services to a bot — which bungled the entire process — only to have a human rep step in and somehow make it worse. If this is your idea of modern service, it’s no wonder TRUST is eroding faster than your response time.
