I would like to express my sincere appreciation to True Host Company for their outstanding customer experience and unwavering support. Their deep understanding of the KYC policy ensures a seamless and reliable service, and their AI agent, Zola, has proven to be equally dependable. A special thank you to Wallace for your invaluable assistance in upgrade/downgrade advisory and prompt invoice generation. Your expertise in storage solutions, domain renewal, and add-ons has been truly helpful. Additionally, I extend my gratitude to Maureen for the proactive heads-up calls regarding domain expiry, ensuring I stay informed beyond the email notifications. It has been an incredible eight years of reliable SSD hosting, and I take pride in the partnership and service excellence that True Host Company has consistently delivered.
