I have had a very positive experience dealing with True Facet. After experiencing a problem during shipping (that was out of their hands), I was personally contacted every day as they worked to resolve the issue. Ian in particular was a great help, and provided a level of service that exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend TrueFacet and will be purchasing from them in the future. I had never heard of TrueFacet before purchasing and did not think to check this website but I'm happy to see all the other positive reviews!

Rachel from the Concierge Team did everything she could to provide me with an outstanding shopping experience. After an initial snafu with the website Rachel resolved any issues and the item I purchased was expedited to me in time for a birthday celebration. The description of the item on the website matched exactly to the item I received. I would recommend without hesitation.

We purchased a gorgeous Marina B one carat ring and anxiously awaited it's arrival. At just over 2000.00, this was the most costly online purchase we ever made. Several of those lesser purchased had been disappointing, thus, we held our breath. The ring arrived timely and couldn't be more pleased. Its gorgeous! The appraisal by our local jeweler is 6100.00, VS2, f-g; comparable to True Facet. It appears to be brand new! So, what's not to like about a gorgeous ring at 1/3 of the price! Look forward to future purchases. One caveat: this was not my first choice. After reading some reviews concerning availability, I asked about rings being in stock and ready to ship. My first choice I was told was, in fact, not available any longer. This was not told to me until I asked. I have since noticed that ring is still listed with a 7 to 10 day delay in shipping (the notation that initially concerned me). I'd advise you check with True Facet and have them to double check availability before making your purchase. Then, enjoy your new jewelry!

Did a lot of research about purchasing a pre-owned time piece and was concerned about quality, authenticity and service. True Facet took all those worries out if the equation!! I purchased a Breitling watch from them and it is exquisite! Slight problem with a function push button upon arrival so I contacted the True Facet concierge team and they went above and beyond to get the watch serviced and issue corrected. They kept me informed every step of the way and got the watch back to me in perfect functioning condition and an out of the box new look!! All my future time piece purchases will be made with True Facet.

Had some payment process issue with the sale, but was quickly resolved after their concierge-desk team member called the following Monday. I even got a $100 discount offer as a deal sweetener. Had to given them a plus on that.

I desperately wanted a Cartier Stella ring for one of my Wedding Bands. However, the company no longer makes them. I was hesitant to order "second hand" or online - but I tried a few different sites and True Facet exceeded all of my expectations. The ring is essentially brand new. I tried other "resale" companies who offered the same product for a slightly lower rate - what a mistake! After receiving my ring from True Facet -- I may never buy jewelry retail again!!!

I ordered a Hublot watch from them. I had an issue with my purchase which they went above-and-beyond to resolve for me. I've never done business with a company that worked so hard to resolve an issue for me. I was willing to live with it, but they insisted they take care of it.
