Generally good but response time is very slow

The watch, a Rolex Skydweller was fantastic. I deducted one star because the of the delay in delivery. They say this was due to the Jewish holidays and I can understand that. What I can't understand is why they didn't tell me about the delay after several requests for updates on the shipping date, which they responded to very quickly. All in all, I believe I would be willing to deal with them again.

Loved the vintage watches I bought but although one came with a certification that it kept time, it does not.

Jacob was great, the only downside was the wait time for the watch I wanted. I ended up choosing another watch based on the 2 week delivery time. The watch I received came within a few days, and was spotless! Overall, I would recommend Truefacet to other watch collectors.

Actually 4 1/2 stars. I purchased a Cartier White Gold Love bracelet $5400 on 12/31. As the time for shipment I began to wonder if I'd made the right decision to use them having heard nothing. Finally, I received a call from them telling the bracelet I'd bought couldn't be authenticated and with that that could offer several options, refund or look to source another. I was extremely disappointed but then it dawned this is exactly why I went with them to insure what I was buying was authentic. I decided to let them find me another. I would have given them a 5 star review but they provide virtually no feedback while still peppering me with ads emails. I had to call 3-4 times for updates and was ready to ask for refund when they finally found another, authenticated and shipped. All the folks on the phone were extremely personable but a little more proactive communication would have made it a 5 star service. Overall excellent experience, the bracelet was perfect and a bargain and I recommend.

I purchased a watch for my wife for mothers day. The item was going to arrive at the UPS transfer station on Friday and not make it to our house until Monday (after mothers day). I called True Facet that Friday to see what could be done. They were able to reroute the package twice for me so I could go and pick it up at a nearby UPS location. Mothers Day saved. A month after receiving the watch, an hour tick mark on the watch fell off. We returned the watch to get fixed. After some initial difficulties and waiting (2 months), the problem was resolved to our satisfaction.
