From the moment I contacted them concerning a Rolex watch I wanted to buy, to actually purchasing the watch they were willing to help and answer every single question I had. They were extremely timely in their responses, and also offered their expertise on all the makes and models that Rolex offers. It was wonderful to work with the team and learn things about watches I had never known before, from the history to the way watches are manufactured. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and if you are ever in the market for a high end luxury item I cannot recommend this company and their amazing team enough. You will receive the best prices and the best service along with an amazing statement piece you will cherish for years to come. I have purchased a Cartier love bracelet in the past which came to me in mint condition and now my first Rolex watch. I have had a terrible experience with TRUEFACET. They sold me a defective watch that is once again going in for repair. The last time it was sent out for repair, the watch came back not working. How do you do that??? I've expressed that I don't want the watch anymore as I feel no matter how many times they repair it, it's not going to work. They are unwilling to refund my money. In the beginning of this long drawn out process I would actually have thought about buying a new watch through them if they would credit me. No matter who I speak with there, I get the same canned answer. What I'm asking for is not unreasonable, yet they refuse to listen. This company doesn't believe in making the customer experience extraordinary, which is unfortunate. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience shopping on line at TRUEFACET. Rachel was very helpful, answered all my questions and made suggestions. The watch arrived and is in LIKE NEW condition. I'm sure I will be wearing it most of the time. I am going to be looking for a President model around the holidays and will definitely buy it from TRUEFACET.

Reading after review after review on this company I decided to go ahead and invest in a luxury timepiece for my boyfriend. There was a little hiccup in the beginning (the item I had selected was not available and the alternative sent was not ideally what I wanted.) Not once did the customer service team leave me questioning the authentic of my product or their reliability. They were with me step by step and aided in decreasing my frustration at some points. Rachel was my main go to person and she was amazing in every way, shape and form. I would not hesitate to purchase from again. Recommend without reservations. Was nervous to buy a pricey vintage automatic watch online but they stand behind it all, and even when the watch was a bit slow (as happens to older watches) they serviced it free of charge. Great company
