I received my wife watch on January 13th 2017 when I open up the box it was like a bride opening up her wedding gift my experience with truefacet is truly wonderful to watch I receive with one of the most beautiful watches have seen it was the most beautiful thing I've seen since my fiance I will be doing more business with truefacet in the near future thank you

Rolex datejust II" as I open the box I tried the watch on and it was way too small apparently I needed another link I sent TrueFacet an email immediately a nice lady by the name of Rachel contacted me and said not a problem Mr. Hess we will send you out another link overnight. Very pleased with my first purchase. The jewelry description was exactly what I received. The care that went into the delivery package was excellent. Tissue wrapped, leather case and a beautiful gift bag such a nice touch. I have made several purchases with other pre-loved jewelry and this was MY BEST experience. Invoice included picture of my purchase, tracking updates and final "how to care for your jewelry" notice. It is very important to take note of these details it represent the best practices of a company. I will continue to buy from TRUEFACET! My new place to shop!! #very happy customer
