Beautiful bowls and quick shipping. Much better experience than the first time!

I was an early backer on Indiegogo. I was lucky enough to have canceled my order before the company filed for bankruptcy. I saw they were under new ownership and decided to order the bowls as they really ticked a lot of boxes for us. While the bowls arrived with no issues and work for us, there’s a few issues. 1. One of my two bowls arrived with 2 dings on the bottom. While it didn’t impact function, I reached out to customer service and they never replied. I sent images and a video of me opening the package to show it arrived that way. 2. They are not seamless, so these will definitely rust over time. The original company owners were struggling to have a single piece of stainless steel and this company didn’t address this and advertises the bowls as seamless. Regardless, I like the bowls and we are happy with them but are worried about longevity for the price tag. Plus, the customer service team just ignored me.

Trot Pets new leadership corrected the issue with the stands not fitting the trays immediately. I did have problems contacting them about the problem. They didn’t respond until I left an unfavorable review. There was no other way to contact them. Everything works now and it is the perfect dog feeding station. They sent new stands instantly. I love these dog bowls and highly recommended them.

I had originally tried to order these bowls with the previous owners of the company and they never showed up. Needless to say, I was skeptical to try again. I wasn’t able to find any other bowls/stand I liked these so I decided to try again and I’m so glad I did! I absolutely love them! Exactly like the pictures and they look so nice in my house!

Love the 2 sets with stands that I ordered! So happy there is new ownership! Great customer service, shipped super fast, and the product is just as I had hoped for!

I was fortunate enough to have received my complete set under the previous ownership so we've had them for almost a year now and they work great. We specifically use this in our RV for travel so we really needed the lids which we didn't receive and an extra water bowl to use in place of the slow feeder for wet food. We were delighted to hear Trot Pets was back in business under new ownership and placed the order for the items we needed right away. We received the water bowl and lids very quickly! There was a concern that maybe the lids wouldn't be compatible with the bowls we already have or that the new bowl wouldn't match or work well with the mat/stand we already have but everything was perfect and couldn't be more pleased.

I was so disappointed when the original Trot Pets folded and we were never delivered our pet food bowls. Mostly I was just sad to not be able to purchase the bowls because they were such a great idea and there isn't anything out there on the market that compares. The new ownership that has taken over the company has done a fantastic job of delivering the product quickly and with excellent customer service. The product is beautiful and well made. I'm so glad to finally have these perfect pet bowls in hand!
