The bowls, silicone mat and stand is beautiful quality! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Trot Pets has the potential to be a 5-star company, but that was not my experience. They have beautiful products, a nice-looking website, and friendly marketing emails—but this does not match their lack of communication during the exchange process and poor customer service. My dog was diagnosed with osteoarthritis so I spent a half-day researching bowl stands. Trot Pets has the most aesthetically pleasing, high quality-looking products compared to everything else I looked at. I ordered a Medium sized bowl set and 6” stand, and used their 10% off code. (After I placed the order, that evening I got an email for 20% off, which was too late to use.) When I received the products, the stand had 1 hole that was not drilled through, so the provided screw wouldn’t go through it. Fortunately, I had a wood drill bit to scrape it out enough to clear the hole for the screw. Next, I washed the bowls and found a scratch on the puzzle bowl where a tiny bit of metal was poking out; a dog would scratch his tongue on that. Also, the Medium size bowl was closer to 3.25” tall instead of 3” (as described on their website) so it was too tall for my dog. I emailed them a kind letter complimenting the beauty of the set and the above issues (including photos) and requested to exchange the defective bowls with a Small bowl set instead. They responded 4 days later to clarify that I wanted to refund Medium for Small bowls. No apology for the 2 out of 3 items being defective. I wrote immediately to say yes, I want Small bowls and will ship back the Medium bowls. Two days go by with no further info from them on next steps, so I requested if they can provide an addressed/pre-paid label to ship bowls back. There was no response to my email, but they sent a separate email with a link to a label. The next day, I confirm I have shipped the bowls and I provide a tracking link. Defective bowl set arrives to them in 4 days. I wait another 4 days and ask if they will be shipping out the new set of bowls. Another 4 days later I get a separate email with confirmation of order for replacement bowls. 10 days after they received the defective set, my new bowls arrive. Now, it’s been 19 days since they received the defective bowl set and I have emailed again to ask when I will receive a refund for the difference in cost between the Medium and Small bowls. Manufacturing flaws aside, if Trot Pets can provide their team with some customer service training and improve their response time and communication about the status during the return process, instead of the burden resting on the customer, future pet parents will have a better experience than I did.

Nice product that seems quite sturdy and visually appealing. Surprised there were NO instructions at all, although pretty easy to figure out. Our dogs were not thrilled with the straight sides of the bowls and our old guy does not like the slow feeder bowl. We use it for water instead. Would like to replace the slow feeder bowl with a regular bowl.

Looks so much better than bowls everywhere on the kitchen floor. And out dogs are bigger so easier to reach food.

These bowls are beautiful! I got the medium size with a 6” shelf and they are perfect for my golden retriever. Wrt durable and love the puzzle bowl. Ice blue color is really pretty

So far a great product.Fast delivery. Easy assembly and the dogs can eat their food with no issues out of the slow feeder.

The beautiful bowl set arrived very quickly. This is our second set, one for our Jersey shore home in off white and now this one for our southwest Florida residence, in light gray. Our Golden Retriever, Stella, loves these bowls and we love that the bowls are not rolling all over the place.
