Trot did not respond to my request for a refund for the lids I ordered. The bowl set comes with lids and I did not know that.

Beautiful, well constructed bowls. Love the magnetic feature which prevents my pup from moving the bowl all around the house and the tray keeps messes contained.

Everything as advertised

I was hoping the bowls would feel heavier (like a Yeti), but they feel pretty light. I am hoping they will last years - since the price of this set is so high. My order was short one lid (I ordered two sets, but only received 3 lids). Then as far as the stands - one stand is perfect and solid, the other is wobbly. It appears one set of legs has a bowed piece of wood. Overall, I love the product, there's really nothing else on the market like this, but for what they cost I expected a little more quality. The puzzle bowls slow my dogs down a lot, which is the biggest reason for buying them, and I love the aesthetic of them in my kitchen.

Trots pet bowls seem like any pet bowl, but are actually one of a kind. We wanted to get only stainless steel bowls, along with a slow feeder and this was the only option for the best quality and set up. Once again, these are really good quality bowls that are safe and lifetime warrantee are worth it for me. I was a bit nervous to order given I hadn't heard of the company, but shipping was speedy and my product arrived perfectly on time. They provided updates as to when my package shipped which was helpful too.

Beautiful bowls, but they are simply not big enough. I bought the medium and large. The medium puzzle feeder keeps getting kibble stuck so eventually the dogs will pick it up and move it and still can't get it. I have to get a butter knife to push it out. I would just request a large for both, but the bowls are quite shallow. So even when my 50 lb dog drinks out of that, it gets everywhere and empties fast. I have reached out twice now about a refund and noone has responded. It's been a week since first request. I would not recommend for dog over 50 lbs and definitely go with the large. Sounds like you are stuck with it if it doesn't work out. Editing to respond to Trotpets reply. I did email, last email was August 8th and no response yet.

I reached out to ask where made, received this response. “Trot Pets Engineered and designed in USA, produced in Asia and shipped from our 1st class warehouse facility in New Jersey” I responded asking specifically where in Asia, received no response. My wife ordered it unknowningly and we received the bowl and on the bottom it says MADE IN CHINA . I would not have purchased it had I known. Why be dishonest in your response and not respond when asked?
