Shipment delay
Ordered on 21 Jan. Received update on 26 Stating that the order has not shipped, and it can take 5 to 8 business days before it ships. I have not Received an update. It’s been 10 business days. I do understand the current supply chain challenges. I would just like an update. Thank you

Hi Keith, I'm happy to check that out for you! I see that your order was placed on 1/21 and shipped on 2/1. We emailed a shipping notification to the address provided with your order and I see the USPS indicates your package was successfully delivered on 2/7 :) I'm sorry for any confusion! We emailed you updates about your order on 1/26 and 1/31. I see that your order wasn't available to ship immediately when you placed it on our website. Typically an order ships when all the items are ready and it can take 5 - 8 business days if an item is in high demand. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the USPS to deliver your package once it has shipped, which the USPS says is typically 2-3 business days in the US. I am sorry your package didn't arrive sooner. Unfortunately, the USPS doesn't guarantee their delivery times. A link to our shipping policy is available on each of our product pages directly above the "add to cart" button and at the bottom of each webpage, including the shopping cart and all three pages of the checkout. We also emailed this info to the email address provided with your order when your order was placed.
