Hi Catherine, We just love when it works out that way! Thanks so much for the kind words :) To make matters even better, I understand your poster was for a special purpose. Thanks for letting us help you spread a little joy. I see that your poster was available for immediate shipment and shipped view USPS 3 day Priority Mail. Typically an order ships when all the items are ready and it can take 5 - 8 business days if an item is in high demand. This is in addition to the amount of time it takes the USPS to deliver your package once it has shipped. Hi Chad,  I'm happy to help! I'm sorry we weren't able to reply sooner. I see you first contacted us on Friday, 4/8 and we were able to reply to your emails the next business day on Monday, 4/11. We mention on our website that we can typically reply in 1 business day.  I see that your order was placed on Friday, 4/1 and shipped the next business day on Monday, 4/4. On 4/7 the USPS indicated your package could not be delivered as addressed and is returning it to us with this message; “insufficient address / return to sender”.  You should have received an automatic email expressing the unsuccessful delivery. I am sorry for any inconvenience.  When your package shipped, we emailed a shipping notification to the email address provided with your order. This links you to your USPS Priority Mail tracking number on our website when you click the "view your order" button. We've emailed you with more information about how to confirm your shipping address with the USPS. Please reply with an updated shipping address to our email from [email protected] and we’ll be happy to set up your replacement package :)   Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience.     Please let me know if you have any questions at all.   Tye - TrippyStore.com

Hi Nicholas, Thank you for sharing your feedback about the experience you had with our company! I see that your order number 34632 was placed on 3/11 and shipped on 3/25. When your package shipped, we emailed a shipping notification to the email address provided with your order. I've tracked your package and see that the USPS indicates it was successfully delivered on 3/31 :) I'm sorry your order wasn't available to ship sooner. You should have received email updates about your order on 3/16, 3/21 and 3/24. Unfortunately, delays do sometimes occur and I'm sorry this happened to your order. I do hope you'll give us another shot in the future. Typically an order ships when all the items are ready and it can take 5 - 8 business days if an item is in high demand.
