Excellent selections when they are available and sturdy shipping boxes made the posters arrive in new condition. My one criticism is that TrippyStore needs to list which products are in stock and if not in stock, how long until they will be ultimately shipped. When they contacted me a week after I ordered and paid, I was given a link to substitute for posters that were "available now" because one of my items was going to take longer. Since I did not substitute, I received 3 of the 5 posters I ordered after about a 2 weeks after ordering and the last two posters 1.5 weeks after that. If they just listed on their website the posters that were in stock and those that were sold out, it would be much nicer, though it would limit the number of customers since few would want to wait a month for their order to be completely fulfilled.

Your feedback goes a long way in helping us improve the TrippyStore.com community for everyone :) As you mentioned, I see that two posters on your order were taking longer to ship than expected and we split your order into two shipments so you would receive some of your posters sooner. I am sorry for the delay with some of your posters. Be on the lookout for an additional email from us. We're sending a couple of our favorite stickers your way via USPS mail :) We've been operating since 1999 and have seen some of the waste inherent to many companies that stock huge warehouses with sprawling footprints. We've chosen to reduce our footprint to lessen our environmental impact and many of our items are produced on-demand once an order is placed. This is why we estimate in our shipping policy that orders typically take up to 8 business days to ship. Unfortunately, this creates a possibility for delays and I'm sorry your order was impacted.
