Wish I did my research about this company beforehand. It's been nearly two weeks now and I haven't heard anything about my order other than the occasional automated "we're thinking about you!" message. Ya, sure. Called, emailed them.. no reply. Edit: my order finally came in may 15 it took 25 days for my order to finally come in but everything was in good shape would order again but they have to fix the shipping issues.

Curiously enough, I looked up the poster that I ordered and the only other website where you can find it is on ebay. Used prints of it run for eighty dollars there and it hasn't been in production since the nineties.. what's going on here??? Not sure what's going to happen however I'll be filing a credit claim if I don't hear anything else by next week. If you're in the market for blacklight posters, stick to Amazon. EDIT: They reached out to me a day after this review and finally sent out my items and included a sticker. They are a legit business after all. Thanks Trippy Store

I see that you emailed our customer service on 4/25 and we were able to reply the morning of 4/27 with your scheduled shipping date. We emailed a shipping notification on 4/28 with your tracking information. I am sorry for the wait. We mention on our website that typically an order ships within 8 business days, but I see yours shipped on the 10th day. Some of the best quality product but there shipping is ridiculous, they say it can take up to 2 weeks and then you’ll receive ur order 4 months later so just be prepared to wait a long time
Frustrated
Order shipped out fine, but need to return it. Emailed customer service over a month ago, no response at all. Tried again and also left a voicemail. Site claims easy returns, but you can't send in return unless someone actually replies to you.

Only 3 stars because I was notified the posters were delayed. I sent an email that went unanswered and they shipped the posters anyway. Not happy. They have never answered one email I sent them.

You guys take wayyy too long to ship out it's insane I ordered two posters I'm pretty sure a month ago now and it just got shipped like 3 days ago so that's pretty nice

Ordered on 21 Jan. Received update on 26 Stating that the order has not shipped, and it can take 5 to 8 business days before it ships. I have not Received an update. It’s been 10 business days. I do understand the current supply chain challenges. I would just like an update. Thank you
