Have been using trifecta weekly for…
Have been using trifecta weekly for almost a year now. Very high quality meats and excellent customer service. Kenzie T helped me with an issue had with a delivery recently (FedEx issue). She had my issue resolved in seconds.

Quick and Responsive CS
Service is usually easy to work with. Customer service is responsive and does well in reconciling inquiries. Kenzie R was quick to resolve my scheduling request.

I’ve been a long term customer
I’ve been a long term customer, service and food has always been great quality. I’m sure I will return at some point. Mackenzie Rigney provided great customer service.

Fantastic customer service
Kenzie R wrote me back personally after I mentioned in the chat that I needed to cancel my subscription. She canceled my account and then worked with me to get what I needed which was to only order less frequently. She is incredibly responsive via email and a delight to work with renewing my interest in receiving food from Trifecta.

I've been a Trifecta customer for… 6 years
I've been a Trifecta customer for YEARS. They've gone through massive changes but they have continued to improve their experience, and they always delivery healthy food that tastes great. I love the convenience that these meals bring to my life in keeping my health and nutrition in check. There's a lot of variety as far as meals go, they source really high quality ingredients and though their website is a bit wonky, their entire shopping experience has improved dramatically the last few months. I think they are the meal delivery with the best and healthiest food and macros. So if you're looking for a great healthy option with really good customer services, this is it.
