Ordered and then received my food on a Friday. I looked at the food that came and none looked appetizing at all even though the pictures online looked decent. I tried the first meal and it was so disgusting I ended up giving it to my cat. The next day I hit skip delivery so I could try to figure out how to cancel before being charged again for expensive cat food. It said it went through and then when I reached out to customer service to cancel, I was advised it was too late and they already charged me for a second box! So now I’m out another $120 because they refused to give my money back due to their policy. I guess at least my cat will be happy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the meals did not meet your expectations and that you found the process frustrating. Our goal is always to provide high-quality, delicious food and excellent customer service. Regarding cancellations and skips, our policy requires changes to be made before the weekly cutoff to avoid charges, which helps us manage meal preparation and delivery logistics efficiently. We truly regret any disappointment this caused. We appreciate your honest feedback and hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.

Impressive service. We've been getting Trifecta for several months now and are very happy with our Keto meals. It's nice to know something healthy can taste so good. Today though, we had a delivery which was short some meals. But when I spoke with Kenzie T, she quickly gave us a refund and said she would talk to the kitchen about this.

We’re sorry about the missing meals in your recent delivery, but glad Kenzie T was able to quickly resolve the issue and get you a refund. We’ll make sure your feedback reaches the kitchen team to help improve our service.
