We’re sorry you’re not loving the service right now, but we hope we can clear up the frustration with outbound calling. The Tresta mobile app does allow you to make outbound calls by selecting “Phone” from the bottom menu. We’re also excited to announce that we are currently working on adding outbound call recording to the service - stay tuned for a release in the near future with this feature! Thanks for the opportunity to talk over the phone, and once again, we're so sorry and really appreciate your understanding. For anyone else reading this, we’re a little embarrassed to report, but it turned out there was a misconfiguration in the system that routes emails to our customer service team. As a result, some emails were ending up in a black hole. We’ve corrected this issue and provided Ben with a full refund for all charges that processed since he opened his account.

We are so sorry for any confusion. We’re a little embarrassed to say this, but we had an issue with our email configurations that caused some emails to end up in a black hole rather than route to our customer service team. We’ve tried reaching out to you by phone but we haven’t been able to connect. In the meantime, we went ahead and closed your Tresta account and issued a full refund of all charges.
