I bought a pair of earrings for a thousand plus dollars and when I brought to a pawn shops only offered me 25 bucks

Dishonest in the Diamond District
My wife, wanted to buy a very expensive ring. She brought me a necklace as collateral. The $10,000 necklace broke within a year. I took the Necklace to New York in September. I have the claim ticket and a signed business card from the manager. It is two months later, I have filed a BBB complaint and I will file a CIvil Complaint. Whats crazy is I eventually paid for the bracelet! Im out $10,000 Buyer Beware!! They do not deserve a star because they defrauded a customer who is a Pastor
