I bought three products with 2 being custom pieces...for now that is all i will say and see where this get me with my "concerns"...than I will complete my review as needed

I'm not happy with there service and…
I'm not happy with there service and this is my 2nd time ordering from them. Always told a time frame when you first order and pay. Then afterwards it's a different time frame to get your order. I was told, Jeneba going to find out for me and 3 days later, I'm still waiting for an answer. Jeneba send me a video of a necklace but no information, like what does that mean. And I called her personal phone and no answer or call back. Will never do business with them AGAIN. I was also told by Jeneba there close on the weekend,, but there open on Sat til 5pm.
