I ordered a custom piece of jewelry that I have been wanting for 10 plus years from TraxNYC, and they exceeded all of my expectations, it came out way better than I imagined! The customer service was amazing, I was able to get a hold of someone at all hours of the day with any questions that I had. When I received my order it was packaged in multiple layers of protective padding. They really have gone above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable with my order and made sure everything either met or exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend TraxNYC to anyone looking for amazing pieces of jewelry that you won't find anywhere else.
