About Traveler's Joy

We're a small group of folks that started Traveler's Joy on a stoop in Brooklyn, NY in 2004. However, it all really started in 2003 with the serendipitous meeting of our founders at the first overnight hut of the Milford Track in New Zealand. Taking the company from a muddy hike on the South Island to the world's most popular honeymoon registry in a few short years required a lot of work. Luckily we have the best team in the world! Traveler's Joy continues to grow into a new decade and we're all very excited at what the future will bring. If you have any questions, suggestions, comments, or quotes (or just want to say "Hi!"), always feel free to contact us! You are the lifeblood of our business and the keeper of our hearts.

Good Experience
Good experience with the company. Only issue was that we are Canadian and I didn't realize at first that all of our guests would be charged in USD. Other than that it was super easy to use and I would recommend to my friends

We didn't want things for our wedding
We didn't want things for our wedding, we wanted experiences. Traveler's Joy has given us exactly that. We are preparing to embark on our honeymoon trip to the Caribbean, and could not be more excited! It has been so fun seeing what "experiences" our friends have gifted us with, and we can't wait to send them pictures of us enjoying it as a thank you!

Honeymoon Registry SUCCESS
An easy to use and efficient platform for our Hawaii honeymoon registry! Really enjoyed receiving emails when an item was gifted, and the transaction from registry to bank account was flawless. We were able to receive gifted funds while on our honeymoon! Set up was easy and fun, thanks to the pre-selected activities. Easy to add own descriptions and images as well. Thanks for helping us make great memories on our honeymoon!

Easy to use platform
Easy to use platform, clear fees and the customer service was perfect. Would recommend to anybody looking for a honeymoon registry and advise to withdraw via PayPal so the banks don't cause any problems.

I loved the quality & ease of the…
I loved the ease & quality of the profile setup. Only one of my wedding guests used it unfortunately. When I received my airline ticket looking voucher letting me know I received a gift I thought it was very cool. I do think it will catch on more as time goes on & especially with the millenials since they do everything online now. Thank you

Convenient and Classy
The site was great for my wife and I. We were looking to move shortly after our wedding and so we didn't want a lot of bulky gifts, and Traveler's Joy was an elegant and classy way to request money instead. People felt engaged and helpful for our honeymoon plans and beyond. It was easy to design and easy to send out the info to people.

It was great but sadly no one trusted…
It was great but sadly no one trusted the site I'm not sure how to improve upon that because to me the site was straightforward.
